Falcis brothers deny Kris Aquino’s accusation that the P400K check is “admission against interest”

Nicko Falcis together with his brother Jesus Facis denied Kris Aquino’s accusation in her recent live video, saying that the P400K check they gave her was an ‘admission against interest’.

In their interview with 24 Oras, Nicko said: “The moment she got angry with me during September 2018, I thought it was a demand for payment. That’s why we did that.”

Jesus also insisted that the check was not an “admission against interest”.

Which means, there was implied consent. Rinatify na niya iyan.”

Kris earlier revealed in a live video that Nicko sent her a check worth P400,000 and alleged him of acknowledging that he has abused her company’s funds.
