Singer model Frankie Pangilinan has been busy helping victims of Typhoon Ulysses by tweeting and retweeting relief efforts and projects. Frankie has been using the hashtags #RescuePH #UlyssesPH to encourage people to help and donate whatever they can to help typhoon victims.
In some of her posts, Frankie tweeted the following:
