Multitalented artist Gab Valenciano expressed his honest thoughts and sentiments as she addressed the bashers after the 2022 national elections.
In Talent manager and broadcaster Ogie Diaz’s YouTube account, he featured Gab for an interview. During the interview, Gab shared that he has no ‘regrets’ on supporting Leni-Kiko tandem during the recent campaign season. Gab also opened up on what he felt after the bashing that he received.
According to Gab, being busy with the recent rallies became his ‘healing’.
Gab also addressed the bashers as he said, “Ang dami daming nagsasabi saakin na mga bashers, parang ‘sayang lang effort mo, talo naman kayo.’ For me, it’s not even about winning or losing it’s about doing the right thing. Para saakin, duon palang panalo na kami.”
“This is more than just winning or losing. Siyempre for the Filipino people. But at the end of the day, it really starts from kung sino ka as a person.
Let’s start duon muna bago natin i-chage yung buong Pilipinas. Let’s change within ourselves. Thankfully with me, yun yung focus ko din. Not just para makita si tito Kiko manalo or si VP Leni. It was really about becoming a better person and the best version of myself.”
“Which I think na-attain ko siya during this campaign. Not just physically but mentally, emotionally. And in turn, I got to inspire people na rin.” Gab added.
