Actor Gabby Concepcion was sued by his brother Miguel due to alleged falsification of documents to sell their mother’s 890-sqm lot in San Juan City.
In a report by Rappler, Miguel’s lawyer Tyrone Cimafranca said that the land owned by Gabby and Miguel’s mother could not have been sold as she was in the United States when the alleged sale took place.

“Their mother was in the United States and could not have signed the documents nor appeared infront of the notary public as stated in the acknowldgement page submitted to the Land Registration Authority (LRA),” said Cimafranca.
While the signatories in the sale of the land are residents of San Juan, the notarization reportedly happened in Tagaytay City and the person who notarized it is allegedly not on the list of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
Miguel who found out about the sale after arriving from the US two months ago said: “I kept asking him for a meeting to clear things up but he ignored all my request. So I’m resorting into this action to correct what is wrong.”
The said lot and building is currently rented by a school.
