Gerald Anderson all praises to Nash Aguas: “Your boy is now a man”

Amid the controversy being thrown at him, actor Gerald Anderson had spent time undergoing a 3-day skills training course for soldiers at Camp Tecson in San Miguel, Bulacan and is now a reservist of the Army.

Apart from Gerald, other celebrities such as Elmo Magalona, Nash Aguas, Yves Flores and Jerome Ponce also underwent the same program with him.

In his Instagram account, Gerald expressed his praises to Nash and wrote an appreciation post for him alongside photos of them during the training.

He wrote: “To all the admirers/supporters of @zackwey .. your boy is now a man .. ?? he showed strength and preseverance through our three day military training .. he had the option of quitting many times .. but he never backed out .. he stayed with the team and did his best .. he pushed through lack of sleep,being wet for three days,lack of food and constant physical & mental challenges .. he earned his badge ?? Rangers!! ..”

Gerald and the rest of the male actors are set to star in the upcoming Kapamilya television series ‘A Soldier’s Heart’.

Prior to Gerald’s training, the actor had been involved in a controversy following his rumored break up with Bea Alonzo. He however denied that a third party was involved in their break up and said that a “big fight” caused their split.

Bea meanwhile said in an interview that she and Gerald did not have a formal break up and the actor “just started not talking” to her.

Julia Barretto who has been linked to the issue later released a statement and denied her involvement int he said break up. She also accused Bea of ‘bullying’ after she gained backlash online.
