Fans and followers of Gerald Anderson and Bea Alonzo were surprised after the later unfollowed Gerald on Instagram. Bea also unfollowed former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach who happens to have a movie with Gerald entitled “My Perfect You.”
Because of this, people speculated that everything is just a gimmick for the sake of the movie.

In an article published by Push, Gerald explains the reason why Bea decided to unfollow him on IG:
“It was a misunderstanding, iyon na ‘yun. It was a misunderstanding. Ang importante everything is good” said Gerald.
Bea has already followed Gerald on IG but not with Pia.
