The presiding officer of the Quezon City Council, Sotto enjoying a family of four handsome sons and a lovely daughter, awaits another member. “This came as a big surprise to us since we were really not planning to have another one…. BUT our plan was not God’s plan!❤️” Woolbright states.

Supposedly, the couple wanted to reveal the surprise last month as Sotto celebrated his birthday. But, unfortunately, it was when the Covid situation started. So they waited for the right time to air out the news. “We waited on God’s perfect time and TODAY felt right!❤️🙏🏼”
