Heart Evangelista could not help but get sentimental as she got to hold her adorable niece Bella and looked back at losing her twin babies last year.
In her Instagram account, Heart shared a photo of her with her niece who could have had the same birthday as her twins as she and her sister got pregnant around the same time.

As a lot of you might know, I lost my twin babies through a miscarriage last year. My sister and I actually got pregnant at around the same time, so my babies would have had the same birthday as Bella. But instead of feeling any heartache for myself, when I look at Bella, I feel an overwhelming sense of joy. I am so blessed to have her. ?
