Actress Heart Evangelista created a stir after posting photos of her dog Panda wearing an expensive Bulgari necklace. Netizens were split with their comments – some were in awe while some are questioning the purpose of Heart in posting such.

On Instagram, Heart gave her statement about the said posting:
“I own the necklace, you know. I can do whatever I want and pull it out. Basically, Panda owns the necklace. So, ‘di siya loan, she can do whatever she wants.”
