A video showing Heart Evangelista’s mom Cecilia Ongpauco and husband Senator Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero hugging and laughing during the afterparty of Chiz and Heart’s renewal of vows in Balesin is making the rounds online.
Netizens who were able to see the video expressed their happiness for Heart as to the two most important people in her life and getting along fine.
Cecilia witnessed her daughter walking down the aisle and expressed her happiness that finally she was able to attend her daughter’s wedding.
“So happy for her. And I’m happier because I am around to witness this. Finally, I arrived. Nine years too late, but made it still,” said Cecilia.
