TV host and social media personality Herlene Budol, popularly known as ‘Hipon Girl’ is set to compete in an international beauty pageant as she is going to represent the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Planet International 2022.
Miss Planet International took to their Facebook page to share the said announcement. According to the Facebook post, Herlene is going to represent Philippines in the said international beauty pageant this year, November 19 and it is going to be held in Kampala, Uganda.
It can be recalled that in the recent coronation night of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 that was held at the Araneta Coliseum, Herlene was named as 1st Runner-up of the said beauty pageant and she also bagged 8 other awards.
“🇵🇭 We are glad to announce that Herlene Hipon Budol first runner-up of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 will represent The Philippines at the Miss Planet International 2022 pageant to be held on November 19th in Kampala, Uganda “The Pearl of Africa”.
Candidates from all over the world will enjoy the beauty of Lake Victoria, world’s largest tropical lake, the most exuberant magic of the green of its nature that dominates Ugandan landscapes.
