The former first lady, on Monday, filed a motion for leave, citing that she was not able to attend the promulgation hearing last November 9 because of “multiple organ infirmities”.

However, Mrs. Marcos was spotted during her daughter Imee Marcos hours after the promulgation.

The court is yet to make a decision whether the Ilocos Norte representative would be allowed to file a motion for reconsideration on her case.
