Actress KC Concepcion posted a photo with a foreign guy rumored to be her new inspiration. The guy’s name is Pierre-Emmanuel Plassart, a french businessman and also a filmmaker. In an Instagram post, Pierre graduated economics in France and film making in Los Angeles and New York.
Based from the photos posted, KC and Pierre seem to be enjoying each other’s company.
