Is this the reply of Usec. Mon Cauloping on Neil Arce’s challenge?

Undersecretary & Director-General of the Presidential Communications Office-Philippine Information Agency Mon Cauloping posted a Facebook message regarding his earlier statement about ‘brain cells.’

Usec Caupoling posted that actress Angel Locsin has no brain cells or a wrong appreciation of things which elicited a response from Angel’s husband Neil Arce.

Neil left a comment on Usec. Caupoling’s post and invited the undersecretary to meet face-to-face:

“You can message me here on Facebook; kung matapang ka talaga, kita tayo, no weapons, no bodyguards, lalaki sa lalaki. Baka may kuya ka or kapatid na bata. Puwede na din proxy. Hope to see you soon”

Usec. Caupoling then posted the following:

“RE: BRAIN CELLS

Words of wisdom from the clever Dr. Ethel Pineda!

Alam niyo na ha, guys. Para di malaman ng tao walang brain cells.”

then he quoted Ethel Pineda:

“Pag tinawag kang tanga, I suggest do not make so much fuss in public about it. Do not call attention to yourself, giving people the chance to prove it is indeed true.”
