Former actress Iwa Moto encouraged those who were suffering from mental health problems to be brave and seek help.
In her Instagram account, Iwa shared a photo of a tattoo that says ‘warr;or’. Iwa opened up about her battle with mental health problems as she shared that having such illness is ‘no joke’. Iwa also encourage those who were suffering with mental health issues to seek help.

Life can be cruel sometimes. And a lot of times people around us can be cruel too! But know that you are not alone. Family and friends will always be there for you. And find comfort that God is beside you always.
Having mental health problems is no joke. I would never wish this kind of illness to anyone. So please if you are suffering seek help. Dismissing your emotions is never the answer. We should stop the stigma that seeking help from doctors will categorize you as crazy. Always remember that, We all need help..
