Fans and followers of TV host Iya Villania were surprised to see the celebrity mom getting back in shape so quickly just a week after giving birth to her baby Alana Lauren. Iya and husband Drew Arellano already has two boys – Primo and Leon.
Prior to giving birth, Iya is still into her fitness programs as seen in her Instagram post. Netizens are asking what is her secret? Iya said: “Workout: Round the clock breastfeeding”.

“Top: Taken right after delivery (tummy is red coz it felt soooo good to scratch 😂🙈)
Bottom: Taken a week after delivery with the daily use of a binder

Crazy what a mother’s body goes thru! Being so much kinder and patient with my body this time 😊My body isn’t where I want it to be but I’m okay with that.
