Kapamilya star Jake Ejercito expressed his honest thoughts and sentiments as he shared the reasons why it took him some time to enter the Showbiz Industry.
In an episode of ‘We Rise together’ hosted by Charlie Dizon, JC Alcantara, DJ Jhai Ho, Jake was featured for an interview. During the interview, Jake talked about her career in the showbiz industry.
DJ Jhai asked Jake, “Siyempre ang tagal ka ng kilala ng mga tao… Bakit ngayon ka lang tumangap ng project ng teleserye, medyo parang natagalan? Choice mo ba na, ‘ah ngayon ako ready palang na talagang magshowbiz ng dirediretso?”
“Yeah kasi parang dati iba yung focus ko eh. Iba yung ina-eye ko na gusto kong maging. So, medyo reluctant ako to enter showbiz for the longest time. And then of course I have my daughter so nag focus muna ako sakanya in being a father…” Jake shared.
“Now that she’s already, she just turned 10 last November so medyo malaki laki na siya. So feeling ko meron na akong time to explore and try new things kaya nag decide ako na finally subukan na…” Jake added.
