Jennica Uytingco to concern netizens over her slim figure: “I am not underweight”

Actress Jennica Uytingco sent a message to the netizens who are concerned about her slim body figure.

In her Instagram account, Jennica posted a throwback photo of her with actresses Chynna Ortaleza and Chariz Solomon. According to Jennica, the said photo was taken way back year 2009. Jennica also addressed the concerns about her slim body figure as she clarified that she is not underweight.

According to Jennica, she also had an overall check-up last April and the results were all normal.

“WEIGHT CONCERN

I understand your worry about my weight. My father became worried about it too so he brought me to the hospital last April to get an over all check up and results were all normal. My Ninay and I discovered that my heart is smaller than how it should be when I was only 7 years old that is why it is not unusual for me to faint/collapse when feeling an extreme emotion crying/excitement but again, other than that, everything is normal.

Here’s a photo of myself with @chynsortaleza and @chariz_solomon from Year 2009. As you can see mukha kaming tatlong kawayan. 😅 Kawayan pa rin po kami ngayon. 😂 Chyns has 2 kids just like myself, while Chariz has 3 and yet we all still have the same body frame. I am not underweight. I do not exercise or follow a diet either to be in the body shape that I am in. Last time I exercised hindi pa po ako Nanay.

My “kain tayo” post where I shared a photo of my meal before… Hindi po konti yun. Yun ang pagkain ng lahat ng tao dito sa Las Hermanas. Hindi lang naka plato kaya mukhang konti but that is 1 cup of rice with 2 chicken parts. The production feeds us well. Kung mukha po akong may abs, baka shadow lang po yun dahil magpapaturo pa lang ako kay @faithdasilva_kung anong exercise pwede kong gawin, August ko pa po sisimulan dahil catching up po ako with school work + quality time with my children before I enter the bubble for taping on July 28 again kaya di ko po magawan ng oras ang pag ehersisyo.

I should, however, eat more vegetables because I binge on food that is high in cholesterol lalo pag sweldo. HAHA! Ox brain, bone marrow, proben, buttered crabs and shrimp. Yan mga paborito kong pagkain. Kailangan talaga mag exercise kahit po payat not for weight loss but to live longer at makasabay sa mga physical activities ng ating mga anak. Thank you for all your concern, sadyang dumadami lang po yung nag aalala kaya naisipan ko pong ipaliwanag para isahan na lang. Salamat po!” Jennica wrote in the caption.
