Actress and vlogger Jessy Mendiola can’t help but be emotional as she shared the ‘best part’ of being the wife of actor and TV host Luis Manzano.
In the latest episode of ‘Luis Listens’ on the actor and TV host’s YouTube channel, Luis featured his wife Jessy for an interview. During the interview, Jessy answered several questions as they shared some updates on their life after a year of being married.
One of the questions asked by Luis was, “Best part of being my wife?”
“Unlimited support. Hindi ano ha, financial or whatever, but yung support and yung patience hindi nauubos sayo. Para kang river of patience. Mas patient siya kesa saakin. And hanggat kaya mo, talaganga gagawin mo. Mas ako yung, ‘Ayaw ko na! bahala ka na diyan! Give up na ako!’ ganun ako. Pero ikaw yung, ‘Sige push pa natin. Hanggang kayang kaya pa sa kaibuturan ng buto ko, magiging patient ako for you. Susuportahan ko kahit anong gusto mo.’ Ganun siya.” Jessy shared.
“Another thing, you always choose me. You choose to love me everyday even if nakakainis ako or pasaway ako. And the other side is, you choose me, pag dumating sa point na kailangan mong pumili, palagi mo akong pinipili…” Jessy added.
Jessy can’t help but be emotional as she shared that he appreciated Luis for that.
“E kasi siyempre diba, like ang daming adjustment periods. Even before we go married ang daming kailangang i-sacrifice, even sa side mo diba. So parang I feel like, nuong nagpakasal na tayo, there were things na nung una labag sa kaluoban mo and parang you had to do those things to protect us. And I really really appreciate it kasi parang, it’s like proof of love.” Jessy emotionally shared.
“You just proved to me na, ‘I will love you no matter what.’ And you will protect me no matter what. So parang yung vows mo, like literally, you lay them out for me. And parang for me, it means so much to me, it means the world to me…I chose the right man.” Jessy emotionally added.
