Actor JM De Guzman shared what he learned when he underwent therapeutic rehabilitation.
In an online Bloggers conference for the new horror movie “U Turn”, starring himself, Tony Labrusca and Kim Chiu, JM was asked when he opened up on how he dealt with his panic disorder “ano yung nag trigger? Why do you think you started opening up with that…. With what’s happening to you?”

To which JM shared “I underwent 3 and a half years therapeutic rehabilitation. Mas malala pa sa lockdown. Walang TV, cellphone, internet, music.” He added “what I’ve learned from this is, the only cure sa issues mo, sa addiction or sa behaviour is to connect, you share. Para, nare-release mo kasi. Dun mo siya sisimulan, you confront. Pag sinu-supress mo siya, para siyang coca-cola na shine-shake mo lang nun tapos mamaya hihintayin mo nalang, puputok.”
