TV host Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola was allegedly offered by TAPE, Inc. to stay with their program and not to join the group of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey De Leon.
The original DARBARKADS cut their ties with TAPE Inc,. due to irreconcilable differences.
Entertainment columnist and host Cristy Fermin on her program “Showbiz Now Na” shared the alleged offer and the two rejected it.
“May tumawag po kay Jose at Wally na huwag sumama sa Tito, Vic at Joey. At agaran daw po, padadalhan sila ng tsekeng tig 2 million pesos” said Nanay Cristy.
Jose and Wally decided not to accept the allegedly offer and said:
“Wala tayo dito ngayon pare kung wala ang Tito, Vic and Joey, kung wala ang Eat Bulaga. Balewala tayo kung wala sila.” Nanay Cristy said.
