The family of actress Kathryn Bernardo showed their support during the Trillion Peso March by way of joining the event and distributing food and drinks to protestors.
A fan posted a couple of photos of Min Bernardo distributing food and drink, with the following caption:
“As we always remind, think first before throwing words at them. They may not speak out vocally — some may even see that as cowardice — but the truth is, they have always chosen to work in silence. Silence can be misunderstood, but actions will always speak louder than words. If the people are fighting for what is right, then so are the Bernardos. They are not blind to see, nor deaf to hear the cries around them.
Thank you, Bernardos, for the food and drinks you provided earlier to the rallistas. Thank you for your love and your quiet courage to stand for what is right. Thank you for showing that kindness can silence hate and that you can kill the noise not with anger, but with compassion.”
