After spending some time out of the country with her beau Pierre-Emmanuel Plassart, KC Concepcion is finally back in the country for appearances she did not reveal, as well as to reunite with her family.
In her Instagram stories, KC shared a video and photos of her with her younger sister Miel as she visited her mom Sharon Cuneta on the set of her shoot.
