Actress KC Concepcion can’t help but answer a netizen’s question over her sweet and heartfelt birthday message to her half-sister, singer songwriter Frankie Pangilinan.
In her Instagram account, KC expressed her love and support to Frankie as she celebrated her 21st birthday. According to KC, she is praying that they will become ‘closer together’ and they can make ‘many great memories’. KC also assured Frankie that she is just ‘one call away’.
