Actress and vlogger KC Concepcion penned a sweet message to her half-sister Samantha on her birthday.
In her Instagram account, KC posted a short video which contained photos of her with her half-sister Samantha. KC expressed her admiration and love to Samantha as she greeted her on her special day. KC shared that she is proud to be her big sister. KC also promised Samantha that she will do her best to be the ‘best big sis’ to her.
