KC Concepcion is one of the few celebrities to catch a glimpse of Cristalle Belo’s adorable baby boy Hunter who just came home from his stay in the hospital after he was born prematurely.
In her Instgaram account, KC shared photos of her together with Dra. Vicki Belo’s daughter and grandson and some of their friends.
