Fans and followers of actress KC Concepcion can’t help but be touched over her birthday message to her half sister, singer-songwriter Frankie Pangilinan.
In her Instagram account, KC posted a heart-warming photo of her with her half sister Frankie as she celebrated her 21st birthday. KC penned a heartfelt message to her half sister as she expressed her love and support to her. KC also assured Frankie that she is just ‘one call away’.
