Actor Kier Legaspi expressed his honest thoughts and sentiments when he was asked related to his daughter, actress and vlogger Dani Barretto.
It can be recalled that in Dani’s interview with Vicki, she opened up about her relationship with her father. According to Dani, she hasn’t seen Kier for 7 years after their ‘fight’.
In an interview with Entertainment columnist and talent manager Aster Amoyo, Kier was asked about his relationship with his daughter, Dani.
“You became a young father at 21, si Dani, alam naman ng lahat na si Dani Barretto ay anak mo. Kamusta ang relasyon niyo ni Dani?” Aster asked Kier.
“Actually as much as possible right now tita, alam niyo naman po yung nangyayari ‘no. So, I don’t wanna make a comment tungkol sakanya or sa mother niya. Pinag-iisipan ko pa po, kasi very sensitive po yung issue. But pag dumating po yung panahon na magsasalita na po ako, I’ll make sure na malalaman niyo po yan.” Kier said.
“As a father, a young grandfather, siyempre specially if you’re not in good terms with your daughter, mahirap yun, mahirap yun. So, as a father ano ang pwede mong gawin?” Aster asked Kier.
“Siguro po ang masasabi ko lang po, kahit anong mangyari at the end of the day, ang pagmamahal ng isang ama sa kanyang anak ay hindi mawawala. Yun lang po.” Kier said.
