Kiko Pangilinan shares weight loss journey: “nagkaroon na ulit ako ng leeg”

Former Senator Kiko Pangilinan shared with his followers his success in as far as his weight loss journey is concerned.

Kiko shared that he used to weigh 191 lbs and in 10 days he was able to lose a total of 19 lbs. He now weighs 172 lbs.

Kiko said the secret is a combination of dieting, treadmill exercises, dumbell lifting, yoga stretches among others.

On Instagram, Kiko posted the following:

“Last October 2022, I weighed 191 lbs. I decided then to undertake a weight loss regimen guided by my Doctor sister, Donna. We targetted to slim down to 172 lbs by April 28, 2023, Sharon and my 27th wedding anniversary. ❤️❤️❤️. The 172 lb target was based on my height of 6 ft and the ideal body mass index.

A combination of dieting (no rice, beef or pork once a week only, mostly fish and chicken and fruits and vegetables, no soda, no sweets/desserts), 16 hr intermittent fasting from 9pm to 1pm the following day, daily 45 min treadmill exercises, dumbell lifting, yoga stretches among others and we reached the target weight of 172 lbs 10 days earlier! 19 lbs gone!
