Actress Kim Chiu appealed to netizens to sign the ABS-CBN petition asking government for the immediate discussion and passing of the renewal of the ABS-CBN franchise. The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) ordered the shutdown of ABS-CBN operations after its franchise expired last May 4, 2020.
