Kim Chiu complains about poor customer service of an airline after losing her luggage

Finally, after asking for help from a ground staff, Kim was able to have her luggage back but still, has not received a response from the airlines.

Kim previously ranted about a different airline back in 2016 after her guitar case had damages despite being labeled as fragile.
