Former Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) commissioner Kim Henares denied the allegations of Gretchen Barretto that she was helping people fix their tax problem. Gretchen alleged that Kris Aquino sought the help of Kim Henares to help Ms. Alice Eduardo get out of tax trouble.
On her Facebook page, Henares issue the following statements:
“The allegations of Ms Baretto that people can come to me and fix their tax problem without paying the right amount is straight out of a comedy script. It is a well-known fact that even my own family enjoyed any preferential service or treatment, much to their disappointment.
I strongly suggest that Ms. Baretto apply more restraint and thoughtfulness in her statements.”
