Actress Kisses Delavin received the highest number of votes in the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 ‘Headshot Challenge’.
In the official Instagram account of Miss Universe Philippines, they announced the top 15 candidates who received the highest number of votes in the said challenge. Kisses won the said challenge as she ranked first, followed by Rousanne Marie Bernos, Maureen Wroblewitz, Steffi Rose Aberaturi, Maria Corazon Abalos, Katrina Dimaranan, and Leren Mae Bautista.
Gianne Krysse Asuncion got the eight spot, followed by Noelyn Rose Campos, Kamille Alyssa Quiñola, Cheri Angel Anne Flejoles, Angela Niki De Grano, Jedidah Hefervez Kornihona, Mirjan Hopolito, and Isabelle delos Santos.
