Umattend ng hearing si Kris Aquino noong February 22 para magfile ng counter-affidavit para idismiss ang kasong grave threat na isinampa ng dati nyang digital business partner na si Nicko Falcis at ni Jesus Falcis.
Sa panayam sa GMA-7 ay ipinahayag ni Kris ang kanyang saloobin tungkol sa kaso at hinamom ang magkapatid na Falcis na harapin sya sa susunod na hearing.
