Kris Aquino arrived at the Quezon City fiscal’s office together with her son Bimby to file a counter-affidavit to the grave threats case filed against her by her former business manager Nicko Falcis.
In a video posted on Twitter, Kris insisted that the ‘fight’ should be addressed legally and not on social media.

She said while speaking to reporters: “Kung labanan lang ito ng followers, hindi hamak, I have 4 million more than they do and that’s only on one social media account. Pero ang ginagawa ko, yung tamang paraan. Nandito kami sa korete ngayon at gusto kong bigyan ng tamang respeto ang ating Philippine judicial system. That’s why sinagot ko lahat ng mga accusations against me. ”
She then apologized for the things she has said, saying: “Again, I would like to say a sincere apology because in the heat of the moment, I said things that I should not have said. I know as a parent, I should set a very good example para sa mga anak ko..”
