Isang nakalulungkot na balita ang ibinigay ni Kris Aquino nang ibahagi nito na hindi na matutuloy ang kanyang horror film na “(K)ampon” na para sa 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). Orinally ay si Derek Ramsay sana ang kanyang makakatambal dito nguni’t hindi naging available si Derek kaya pinalitan ng Quantum Films at ang kanilang napili ay si Gabby Concepcion.
Sa isang post ni Kris sa kanyang Instagram ay sinabi niya na ito ay may kinalaman sa alituntunin ng MMFF ay hindi na pala umabot sa deadline ang nasabing request na magpalit ng artista.
