Actress and singer Lea Salonga has been gaining negative comments on social media after her statement about inflation.
In one of her interviews, Lea expressed her sentiments over the rising prices of goods, saying she and her family are also affected but asked those who were affected like her if the same thing happened in the past administration and if they also complained.

She said: “You gotta wonder, if we’re angry about this, we have to see if ths happened in the previous administrations before. And if we got angry then, too. And if it happened before [and] you didn’t get angry, then you might have to examine why that is.”
