Fans and followers of Filipino and broadway singer Lea Salonga were delighted when they found out that Lea sang with the Sesame Street cast during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade in New Yokr last November 28, 2024.
Lea thanked the group for giving her the pleasure to sing with the cast of Sesame Street which according to Lea brought smile to Lea’s daughter Nic.
On Instagram, Lea posted some photos with the following caption:
“No, it wasn’t a sunny day, and it would’ve been great if the clouds were swept away, but today’s @macys Thanksgiving Day Parade was still such a wonderful highlight! Thank you, @sesamestreet, this was truly very special, and thank you for plastering the biggest smile on my child’s face. Nic will not be able to erase that smile for a while!”
