Lolit Solis on her involvement in Kris-Nicko issue: “I am not taking a bullet for Kris”

Entertainment columnist Lolit Solis has been tagged in the issue involving Kris Aquino and her former business manager Nicko Falcis.

In her Instagram account, Lolit expressed her frustration over her involvement in the matter, saying she is taking the “threat” of Falcis brothers seriously but will not blame them if something bad happens to her due to “stress” and “depression”.

Part of her statement says: “Salve I am very upset, agitated, stress and sad. Sabi ni Ricky Lo, don’t take the threat of the Falcis brothers lightly. I am taking it seriously, that’s why I feel this way. Almost everyday may nagsasabi sa akin na laging nababanggit ang pangalan ko sa mga posting ng mga Falcis. I never thought I will be as important. I have never met any of them, I don’t know them, I don’t even know how they look. In the long time Nicko Falcis was working with Kris Aquino alam niya na never kami nag-usap o nag-text ni Kris dahil hindi ko alam cellphone number ni Kris.

“Sabi nila, they will hold accountable si Kris Aquino pag may nangyari sa mother nila dahil sa stressful na pangyayaring ito.

“I am not taking a bullet for Kris. Pero kung dahil sa opinion ko sa Instagram at sa radio dahil sa issue na ito, I will not blame anyone if dahil sa stress at depression na sa edad ko na 72 (sa May) ay idemanda ako, I will take the consequences, I will happily accept my death without blaming the Falcis for it. I don’t take side here, willing ako to listen, willing to admit if I did something wrong, willing to clear out the issues.”

Second, siya ang finance officer ni Kris, he should know kung sino nasa payroll, kung sino binabayaran. Imposible hindi niya alam kung sino ang mga taong tumatanggap ng pera mula kay Kris. Third, I only come to know the name Nicko Falcis dahil nang pumutok ang balita, may mga taong nagtatanong sa akin at mukhang kilala sila ni Nicko dahil binabanggit ang pangalan niya, kaya nalaman ko kung sino siya. And to be fair, I was in awe dahil halos lahat ng nakausap ko glowing ang mga salitang binitiwan about Nicko Falcis. And knowing how hard it is to be in the circle of friends ni Kris Aquino, and kung gaano siya mag-background check lalo na sa business people niya, I am sure isang trustworthy person at capable sa trabaho si Nicko. Nang una akong nag-post sinabi ko iyon, how people was defending him, how people trusted his abilities, and then sinulat ko rin iyon mga pinag-uusapang issues and questions. In fact that time, natakot pa ako na ma-misunderstood na kumakampi ako kay Nicko dahil nga sinulat ko ang outstanding background niya. Sabi nila, they will hold accountable si Kris Aquino pag may nangyari sa mother nila dahil sa stressful na pangyayaring ito. I am not taking a bullet for Kris.
