Lorin Gutierrez, daughter of actress Ruffa Gutierrez expressed her honest thoughts and sentiments as she sent a message to those leaving hate comments on her reunion with her father, Yilmaz Bektas.
In her latest YouTube vlog, Lorin opened up to her fans and followers as she shared a glimpse of her and her sister Venice’s reunion with her father, Yilmaz and their family in Turkey. In the said vlog, Lorin also showed how they spent their quality time together with their family.
Later on the vlog, Lorin expressed her gratitude to all the kind and loving words that they have been receiving on their reunion. Lorin also appealed to be careful and to be sensitive those leaving negative comments.
“I also see a lot of comments online of people kind of, I guess talking in a way that doesn’t reflect the fact that this entire journey actually has something to do with real life people. And that we’re not a fan fiction or movie or like TV show where you can watch and comment from afar as if you know everything or as if it’s so simple, and this is this and that is that.
It’s really not black and white. There are a lot of people giving theories or negative opinions and blah-blah-blah, whatever… Just here asking, we decided to share this part of our lives with you because obviously the split between my mom and dad was very public and I know that comes along with it.” Lorin said.
“But, please, like, if you can leave a hate comment on any other piece of content that I produce, and you can say whatever you want about any other aspect of my life.
But when it comes to this, especially like me seeing my family again, please, just be careful and be sensitive of what you do comment. Because this is possibly the most monumental moment of my life that I decided to vlog and share with the world.” Lorin added.
