Luis earlier responded to claims that his masks for sale are overpriced, saying: “These were our suppliers prices 15 weeks ago, so did we hoard ba? Nope! Nagtaas presyo ba? Nope! 🙂 did we take advantage of the situation? Nope!”
A netizen later pointed out that the masks Luis was selling was not the basic disposable N95 masks and wrote: “Those are N95 Cambridge Masks though. It’s not your basic N95 white disposable masks. Even Amazon,Shopee, and Lazada sells them for almost the same price around P600-700.”
Luis re-tweeted the post and replied: “Exactly 🙂 thank you!”
