In one of her Instagram posts, Maggie explained her side and responded to netizens who filled her post with comments slamming her over Catriona’s Miss universe win.
She wrote, responding to one of the netizens: “I wasn’t being bitter. It was an opinion, a matter of preference. My choice of words at that time were poor but I meant no hate.”
“A lot can happen in just even a day. And yes, I’ve lived with the consequences, I just refuse to live in the past,” she said in her response to another netizen.
Maggie also explained that she has already apologized to Catriona the day after her remark.
