Actress Maja Salvador revealed the reason why she and her husband, Rambo Nunez, decided not to show their baby’s face to the public. Maja gave birth to a beautiful daughter named Maria Reanna.
At an event, Maja said her concern is that people might use her baby’s face inappropriately, given the power of Artificial Intelligence. Another concern is the growing number of online bashers.
“Ang hirap kasi ngayon, lalo na yung AI, natatakot ako na gamitin in the future. Kasi, maski ako, tayong lahat, hindi natin alam ginagamit na yung pictures natin, may ine-edit silang videos tapos pinatong nila somewhere di ba?” explains Maja.
“Marami akong kaibigan sa industriya na mayroong anak. Tapos, yung mga inosenteng bata, pino-post lang dahil gusto ng mga magulang. Siyempre, anak, proud. Yung mga perfect na tao, kung maka-bash ay wagas. Alam nyo po yun? Siyempre, bilang isang ina, bilang isang tao, ayaw ko,” Maja said.
“Yun ang iniiwasan ko. At saka inosenteng bata, di ba, tapos iba-bash? Huwag na lang, ise-share ko sa inyo tapos iba-bash nyo lang din pala.” Maja added.
