The Manny Pacquiao Foundation, in partnership with the Jack Ma Foundation, have pledged to provide fifty thousand test kits in an effort to identify and contain the spread of the coronavirus in the Philippines.
Their response to the outbreak is a welcome course of action in a country where hospitals and healthcare professionals are struggling to mitigate the spread of the virus amidst a lack of proper healthcare supplies.
