Filipino-British actor and singer Markus Paterson made quite a revelation regarding his views in dating someone from the entertainment industry.
During the first episode of Boys After Dark (BAD) where Markus is hosting the show with Aljon Mendoza, Anthony Jennings, Gello Marquez and Jae Miranda, Markus said that if there is one lesson he learned from his past relationship is that he will never date someone from the showbiz industy.
“Anong susunod na relationship? kung may lessons ako sa mga relationships ko, never to date someone in the industry.” said Markus.
“I’ve made the mistake more than three times in this life. It’s always to be ready when you’re moving on.” admitted Markus.
“Because if you’re not ready to move on, and you meet some other people and you still have some ties to your past, you have trauma and pain, that sh*t’s gonna come back and haunt you.” Markus added.
“It’s gonna ruin the relationship that you’ve already built. So, it’s about being prepared. Being honest with yourself.” Markus said.
The last relationship Markus had was with actress Janella Salvador where they have a son named Jude Trevor Paterson.
