Stan Lee, the co-creator of Marvel comics’ iconic characters Spider-Man, Iron Man, Daredevil, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men among others passed away on Tuesday, November 13 (Manila time) in Los Angeles. He was 95.
In a report by The Guardian, Lee’s daughter J.C. Lee confirmed his death and said in a statement to Reuters: “He felt an obligation to his fans to keep creating.”

“He loved his life and he loved what he did for a living. His family loved him and his fans loved him. He was irreplaceable,”she added.
Lee teamed up with several artists such as Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko to create Marvel comics superheroes people have grown up loving.
He worked as a writer and editor, stitching one superhero character with another and come up with a new cross-over story from pages to the big screen.
