Matteo Guidicelli has the sweetest message for his girlfriend Sarah Geronimo who celebrated her 31st birthday on Thursday, July 25.
Amid keeping their relationship as private as possible, Matteo made sure to make Sarah’s day extra special as he declared his love to her in a heartfelt message he posted on his Instagram account.

In his Instagram post. Matteo shared a lovely photo of Sarah alongside the caption: “My love, HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! You are the most beautiful woman to ever cross my life. We keep our relationship very private but before the day ends let me say that I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH. No one and nothing can stop me from loving you more and more each day. Matteo and Sarah have been in a relationship for more than 5 years now. Last September 2018, the couple celebrated their 5th anniversary in Italy.
While their fans have been hoping for the couple to tie the knot soon, Sarah and Matteo said they have no plans yet about settling down.
