Megan Young on her fitness journey: “I’m not aiming for the perfect body but I’m aiming to have a healthier one”

Actress and former beauty queen Megan Young expressed what she felt when she achieved her “summer body goals” way back 2019.

In her Instagram account, Megan shared a throwback photo of her taken way back year 2019. Megan shared her fitness journey to her fans and followers as she expressed what she felt regarding dieting and spending long time at the gym. According to Megan, she wasn’t enjoying her journey in achieving her “summer body goals”. Megan also shared that nowadays, she is focusing on heaving a healthier body.

“A throwback to 2019 in La Union ❤️ This photo is a reminder that I probably achieved my “summer body goals” back then but the journey to get there was tough because of dieting and long hours at the gym. Hindi ako masaya sa food ko noon – ang konti at halos walang lasa 🤣

Nowadays, I’m not aiming for the “perfect body” but I’m aiming to have a healthier one. I’m eating better – may lasa na ang food and we’re eating mostly pescatarian (with the weekly burger 😂). I’m listening to my body more and resting when I need to. And at the end of the day, I try not to be too hard on myself. 💜 #fitnessjourney “ Megan wrote in the caption.
