‘Miracle In Cell No. 7’ overtakes ‘The Mall, The Merrier’ at the box-office

The Aga Muhlach starrer ‘Miracle In Cell No. 7’ has overtaken ‘The Mall, The Merrier’ in the box-office, ending the 8 year record of Vice Ganda’s MMFF movie entries topping the box office.

In an Instagram post, Philippine Star entertainment columnist Ricky Lo said Aga is now the newest MMFF Box Office King. Ricky said that as of Dec 31, 2019, “Miracle in Cell No. 7” has earned P220M compared to the P213M of “The Mall, the Merrier”.

Coco Martin’s “3Pol Trobol: Huli Ka Balbon” came in third with P57M while “Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity” starring Vic Sotto came in fourth with P51M.
