Netizens claimed that Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Deputy Administrator Mocha Uson allegedly used a photo from a private company for her update post on her blog. The post was about the 15,000 personal protective equipment the Philippine government bought.
Netizens noticed that the photo used by Uson was allegedly a photo from SM Founation. The image was allegedly replaced.
